SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Local Deliveries:
Local deliveries prices starts from $30 in Toronto and $30- $50 in Other parts of GTA (Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill). The website will calculate the exact delivery charge for your order depending on the items and the postal code.
Our delivery area is within 200 km. of Toronto. Deliveries are done by either MySleep furniture truck or the third party movers.
When the item is ready to be delivered, we will call you to schedule a delivery time. Most of the deliveries are completed within 1-7 days. The delivery appointment is fixed for 4 hours window.
Some items such as custom orders can take longer. You can refer to the description of the item to see which items take longer than the stated time above.
Same day service, Next day service, 2 days service, 3 days service, 4 days service, 5 days service options are available for mattresses and stock furniture. There is an extra fee if you would like to receive this service.
Our MySleep truck delivery driver will take the items for no extra charge upstairs in the house (1 floor upstairs or 1 floor down in the basement) or upstairs in the high rise buildings if there is elevator.
Extra charges will apply in different scenarios for delivery if house has extra 3rd floor e.g. townhomes, 3rd floor apartment stair charges if there is no elevator in the apartment buildings, Re- routing charges if customer wants the preferred time or shorter delivery window, elevator transfer charges if the items are to be moved in 2nd elevator from 1st elevator, re- delivery charges if customer is not at home for delivery appointment or customer do not book the elevator with building management, delivery cancellation charges if customer do not give 24 hrs. notice in writing, waiting charges if customer is not at home and driver has to wait for the customer.
Out of Province Deliveries:
The shipping charges are calculated automatically at the checkout once you select Canada Post. The shipping charges depends on the city, weight of the item, size of the item, no. of items. We do not ship for free.
Light items (less than 30 kg.) are shipped by Canada Post if the customer selects Canada Post at checkout. e.g. bedding items- pillows, sheet sets, flat sheets, fitted sheets, mattress protectors, bed bug covers, comforters, duvets, blankets, duvet covers, pillow covers.
Furniture items that exceed 30 kg. are not shipped out of province.
Glass items are not shipped out of the province as the glass can break during handling by courier drivers.
Large/ heavy/ oversized/ bulky items which require 2 persons to lift the item are not shipped out of the province e.g. bed frames, sofas, dining tables, chest, dresser, tv stands etc.
Only Rolled and boxed mattresses can be shipped out of province. Flat packed mattresses or box springs can not be shipped out of province because of large size as Canada Post and all courier companies have size and weight restrictions for the items to be shipped.
